With a bold vision for growth, the new company owner wasted no time revitalizing the facility to ignite excitement and enhance its appeal. Change was in the air, and for the better.
Beyond adding creature comforts and reorganizing, the workspace transformation began swiftly. Cleanliness and interior upgrades topped his to-do list, especially in the office areas. A polished, pleasant environment fosters happy employees, and positive morale fuels productivity and success.

The VCT floors and carpets were tired, outdated and in desperate need of attention.
An accounting professor once told me, “When meeting a new client, arrive early and ask to see the restrooms. Clean bathrooms mean clean books. The work
VCT Revival
The VCT floors were stripped, steam rinsed, and polished, restoring their former glory. Our two-truck, three-person team completed the job efficiently. Years of foot traffic had left the floors worn, but without excessive wax buildup, the process was seamless. Unlike traditional methods using mops and shop vacs, we leveraged truck-mounted steam technology—rinsing with near-boiling water for unmatched results.
Jeff, our finish specialist, stayed behind to meticulously apply fresh wax coats, leaving the floors dazzling and reflective once again.
Carpet Transformation
